Nike Is Releasing A Sneaker For Astrology-Obsessed Women

Everyone knows someone who’s obsessed with astrology — the type who asks about zodiac signs before a first date and references moon phases to explain whatever’s happening in their life. If that sounds like you (or someone you know), you’re bound to be a fan of this special Nike women’s release.

The Nike Astrograbber, an all-too-perfect model for this theme to materialize on, is here presented with a handful of astrology-inspired touches. Intricate stitched graphics of the sun and moon appear on the left and right backtabs, respectively, mirrored by screen-printed graphics on the insoles. As for the sneaker itself, the design is both practical and wearable. The upper is built from black leather, while the Swoosh logos come in grey with a textured, moonrock-like finish. Two sets of rope laces are included, and the retro Nike logo appears on the tongue.

The Nike Astrograbber debuted in the 1970s as a turf shoe designed for American football (named after Astroturf) and has since enjoyed a quiet resurgence as a lifestyle model in recent years. Luxury menswear label Bode revived the silhouette in 2024 with two collaborative styles, while 2025 has seen a more earnest push, including a sequel Bode collab, clean general releases, and themed looks like the pair we have before us today.

The Nike Astrograbber “Astrology” is due out soon via Nike in women’s sizing only. Pricing has yet to be confirmed, though an MSRP slightly above the model’s standard $135 seems likely. See official images below and visit our Sneaker Release Dates page to browse more upcoming pairs.
