Sneaker News As we run through the final batch of Jordan Releases for the year, we’re being met with a trio of regional-exclusive Air Jordan 11 releases on November 22nd. Jordan Brand appointed Las Vegas, Atlanta, and Houston as the destinations for the limited-issue drops, and as we near the official drop date, we’re compelled to dive a bit deeper into the design.
This version is the Houston-exclusive Air Jordan 11 “H-Town”. According to the brand, the design references “Houston’s famous hustle by representing the trunk of a car: locals’ first boutique when they’re coming up, and the first flex when they get there.” It’s built with an elegant shade of tan on the silky suede upper, matched with a clean white interior and a arctic blue tint on the semi-translucent bottoms. A metallic silver Jumpman accessory hits the ankle collar to complete the look.
With the Air Jordan 11 originally releasing in late 1995, this extensive assortment of Jordan 11s are a nod to the silhouettes 30th Anniversary. Despite the importance of such a milestone, Jordan Brand has chosen not to reissue any of the majorly coveted original colorways such as the Concords, Space Jams, or even the Breds.
