Yet don’t count out their ability to make an impact with their archive. It’s something we saw as the New Balance 1000 became a mainstay of the modern catalog, now imparting another with the New Balance 475.
In re-entering the fold, the New Balance 475 got as close to the full red carpet treatment as you can get in the NB world, trotted out for an Aime Leon Dore duo, two AURALEE colorways, and an END. do-up. It may not be in full effect the way that a shoe like the New Balance 1000 is, but clearly the 475 will be face to consider in the coming seasons. For Holiday 2025, we’re now getting a collegiate “Washed Burgundy,” a makeup that contrasts its simplistic 80’s construction with an eccentric color palette, pasting goldenrod yellow below the “N” logo, utilizing navy on a suede mudguard section, and deliver baby blue at the heel.
Though concrete NB release info escapes us at the moment, the New Balance 475 is loaded on the brand’s backend and has started hitting select retail partners. Prepare for a Holiday 2025 launch and a $110 retail price if you’re moved to cop.
