The Air Jordan 11 “Tokyo” Has An Actual Goat On It

There’s been a bit of subliminal GOAT talk happening in Nikeland recently, a natural outcome of having two of the greatest hoopers ever under the same brand. Sneakerheads will soon get a black patent LeBron Air Force 1 featuring crown inspired details and a goat replacing the “Air” text on the midsole. This Air Jordan 11, meanwhile, is far more direct in its approach, claiming MJ the greatest to ever do it with an elaborate goat graphic on the tongue.

The sneaker is called the Jordan 11 “Tokyo” and is one of two country-exclusive styles created for the East, paired with the Jordan 11 “China” expected in December. The goat graphic is not only a nod to MJ’s basketball legacy but also a natural reference to Japanese wildlife. The illustration resembles the Japanese serow, a goat antelope hybrid found in the nation’s woodlands and regarded as something of a cultural symbol.

As for the rest of the sneaker, a grey gradient leather mudguard sits below a suede upper and solid white leather at the heel. Subtle edge piping bridges vintage and modern themes found in Japanese fashion, while the outsole incorporates a roadmap inspired by MJ’s six NBA Championship rings.

The “Tokyo” 11s release in Spring 2026 exclusively in Japan, though an exact date has yet to be announced. See detailed images below and keep our Jordan Release Dates page handy for updates.
