The Nike AlphaFly 3 Wants You To “Pick Up The Pace”

Nike fired off the first shot across the bow in the super shoe arms race, a tech-packed revolution that seemingly every brand with a running vertical has a representative in. There’s no doubt that the “Fly” series, containing the VaporFly that began this movement and the AlphaFly that’s kept things going, carry particular weight in the scene.

As Nike’s efforts surrounding running heat up, championed on a more casual level by the Vomero, Pegasus, and Structure lines, more and more product centering the actual physical act and the mental discipline required for the hobby have started to take shape. It’s only right that the Nike AlphaFly 3 gets in on that action, relatively standard aesthetically within the realm of vibrant performance wear. Orange and pink flares in the midsole are the key way this shoe brings energy to its white foundation, but it’s uneven “PICK UP THE PACE” lettering within the concave heel section that really stands out, a wearable reminder of the love for the road that’s propelled Nike (and its adopters) for decades and counting.

The Nike AlphaFly 3 is available now via Nike.com, retailing for $295. Grab yours via the “Where To Buy” links below.
