Andrew Rizzo Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s first signature Converse model will soon see its first holiday-inspired release in the SHAI 001 “Winter Red” on December 11th, but that’s not all. For purely off-court styling, the reigning MVP is also dropping a matching Converse Chuck 70 featuring an identical balance of red and green.
Shown here via official images, SGA’s other Christmas shoes feature a premium soft University Red leather upper with green hits on the Converse branding and spine. Converse’s hallmark Egret color moves onto the toe cap and sole, where red lines and all-red tread continue the holiday theme.
The Converse SHAI 001 “Winter Red” and Chuck 70 “University Red” both drop December 11th via Converse and retailers. No pricing for the Chuck 70s has been confirmed, but something around $100 seems likely. See official images below if you’re moved to cop.
