So far, we’ve at least been impressed, and an earthy version in “Cortado” keeps that up.
The balance between curvilinear “Techy” overlays in the upper and a fashionable skinny sole remains the core concept at the heart of the New Balance 204L as a whole. Suede in the top section is where this shoe leans into the latter half of that equation, however, a break from the retro sporty coloring we’ve seen on a few occasions before. Extremely subtle pink in the “N” branding further enhances the earthy tonality that dominates this release.
The New Balance 204L is available now via select overseas retailers like BSTN, with an expected global release coming for Holiday 2025/Spring 2026. Stateside residents can expect a $120 retail price.
