As the saying goes, reality is often stranger than fiction, and the Nike Shox R4 is now part of a widely adopted street style silhouette, particularly in the realm of women’s footwear.
While we’ve seen the odd experimental or multicolor look for the model, largely the core appeal for the Shox R4 shines best in simplistic or OG editions. The red variation at hand certainly checks the box at first glance, but actually bears 3M materiality in the sidewalls for rosy flares under light. For one more subtle yet effective swap, the usual composition of the laces gets a revamp here, switching to plush, tumbled leather running down the midline.
