Is the Mid still valid? The purists in the Jordan collecting community would contend it never was, but the model truly does remain a best seller, an ersatz replication of the Retro at a steep discount compared to those launch day counterparts.

In the deluge that is the Spring seasonal catalog, the Air Jordan 1 Mid now looks to a softened “Enigma Stone” edition, building tonal shades on the everlasting “Black Toe” concept. Consistent with that, white leather remains the starting point in this edition’s layout, while faux-aged soles add a trendy touch underfoot.
