Andrew Rizzo New Balance seems intent on making Made in England fans go broke with the amount of top-tier 991v2s it’s dropped in recent seasons. Following a strong close to 2025 anchored by a low-key heater by UP THERE, we’re continuing to unpack compelling new general releases for Spring 2026 and beyond.
This latest option rings as a perfect springtime offering with two different shades of pink up top: Polignac mesh at the base, and Toadstool suede overlays. The rest of the upper skews normal with multiple shades of grey, while teal ABZORB SBS pods add some Easter-worthy appeal. The 991v2 is of course made in New Balance’s Flimby, UK factory and therefore features premium materials and top-tier craftsmanship. With tasteful pops of color, this one checks all the boxes.
