The New Balance 9060, though perhaps carrying more cachet with the casual consumer rather than the hardcore sneakerhead, isn’t immune to that playbook. Its first foray into the offshoot world brought thinned-out, synthetic overlays to the chunky hybrid style to replace its usual mesh and suede that brought it fame in the “throwback runner” space, now evidently bringing that same technological atmosphere into the new year. For its next trick, reliable all-white, of course interspersed with the neutral grey that NB has majored in for so long, but nonetheless offering a goes-with everything profile expected out of any snowed-in look.
The New Balance 9060 is already up on a few retail sites, but its wide New Balance launch is still pending. Expect a $160 retail price upon arrival.
