The Swoosh got literal with this one.

Finally, We’re Getting A Nike Total 90 That Looks Like A Soccer Ball

The modern revival of the Nike Total 90 III has produced no shortage of colorways over the last year, but this latest iteration may be the silhouette’s most creative yet.

Since returning to shelves in early 2025, the iconic football model has emerged as one of the brand’s most versatile lifestyle offerings, appearing in everything from faithful throwback color schemes to collabs with the likes of Kids Of Immigrants and Procell NYC. This newest release takes things literal with a textured leather upper molded with a hexagonal pattern that closely resembles the panels of a traditional soccer ball.

Deep grooves between each section further amplify the effect, creating the illusion that the entire shoe has been constructed from the surface of a match ball. Thick sheer laces introduce an feminine element, giving the silhouette a softer and more fashion-forward appearance to contrast with the sport-heavy design attempt.

This women’s exclusive release is slated as part of Nike Sportswear’s Fall 2026 offering, so stay tuned for further release info.
