Andrew Rizzo Performance and fashion don’t always align, but when they do, it makes for a great shoe. The Nike Vomero Premium is a prime example, anchoring the max cushioning tier of Nike’s road running lineup while slotting naturally into the chunky aesthetic popularized by the likes of HOKA and On Running.
Teed up for a summertime release is this “Aluminum” colorway for women, the titular hue appearing across almost the entire upper. The midsole, meanwhile, features a subtle gradient that transitions from Aluminum into an off-white shade around the visible Air bags. Mystic Navy hits on the outsole and various Swoosh logos tie the whole thing together.
