Nike designers have unquestionably stamped that their goal with the Nike Vomero Premium is to make it a head-turner. If the mega-stack that the silhouette is built on didn’t accomplish that already, the spate of hi-vis colorways and stop-you-dead-in-your-tracks special editions like the spiked pair that recently touched down have worn that mission literally loud and proud.

Yet to ensure that subtler dressers aren’t discounted, the Nike Vomero Premium is now polishing off an old classic. It may not be “Triple Black,” but this comes as close as we’ve gotten, unlocking classic sportstyle black/white, with the latter centered on the branding and the trim. Pair that, again, with the super-springy package that propels the Vomero Premium, and this is a colorway for those willing to put in the hours and miles without needing the glamour to go with.

The Nike Vomero Premium “Black/Off-Noir” should be hitting Nike.com and retailer partners in the coming weeks. A $230 retail price is confirmed.
