The more time goes on, the more his efforts settle into the catalog, and there’s no better method to cozy up to your peers than with a “Team Bank” set.
Short of special edition collections, like those centered around Los Angeles for the “Warning Label” series, the “Team Bank” has been an opportunity for the Swoosh to put all its star power on display, pinning simplistic looks on a host of silhouettes in easily accessible, team-friendly fashion. The Nike Book 2 under that banner marks the Suns’ superstar’s first go-around in that manner, beginning to tack on a tight palette of color-swapped variants.
This “Game Royal,” adding a stripe of blue at the mudguard, one in the midsole, and various trim aspects like outline embroidery encircling the Swoosh, adds to an already revealed “Triple White.” Outside of those tinkered touches, the materiality here skews close to what we’ve seen from the shoe’s “Spiridon” build, with breathable mesh uppers being the most notable choice.
The Nike Book 2 Team Bank “Game Royal” should be coming to shelves in short order, expected for the first half of the ongoing Fall ’26 slate. A $145 retail price is confirmed.
