Andrew Rizzo Timed as something of a World Cup after-party, Drake and Nike recently kicked off the latest edition of their NOCTA Manor series in New Jersey, another invite-only retreat built around celebrities, tennis, and, for our purposes, custom takes on Nike’s hottest new silhouette of the year.
The Nike Mind 001 was gifted to guests in custom NOCTA styles believed to have been created by Domenico Formichetti, who also hooked Drake up with a sick one-of-one robe for the occasion. The shoes exist in the gray area between bespoke customization and an official collaboration, carrying added legitimacy through Nike’s formal endorsement of the project. Drake naturally received a pair of his own, rendered with a black foundation and baby blue graphics.
The neuroscience-backed Mind 001 mule has emerged as Nike’s most sought-after and energizing new model of 2026, continuing to sell out with every restock and even breaking into mainstream daytime news coverage thanks to its headline-grabbing technology. Despite the NOCTA Manor customs and many AI slop mockups floating around social media, there are currently no known plans for a wider Nike NOCTA Mind 001 collaboration.
