The World Cup may be over, but global soccer is still massive storyline for Nike. Sadly, recent headlines have added some negative beats like the Kylian Mbappe On partnership, yet there’s still plenty of positives on the product side. The Nike Air Max Plus now adds a surprising addition to the soccer-focused slate with a fresh “Premier” colorway.
That branding twist sits front-and-center on this design, proudly pacing the tongue with a purple and green badge. Since all the way back in February 2025, that hi-vis combination has been a focus of Beaverton’s football effort; first via a women’s soccer showcase, then in general release fare like the Club 58 SB Air Max 95, an of course, with the Kobe 8 “Mambacurial.”
The textured world of on-pitch performance wear also leads to another selling point here: the usual “palm tree” waves on the side change from lifted TPU extensions to inset pronounced leather. It’s almost certainly a choice meant to mimic the ridges seen on the Tiempo line and other product families, here offering a novel twist on the fan-favorite TN.
The Nike Air Max Plus “Premier” doesn’t carry a firm release date, but you can expect this pair touching down sometime in the coming weeks as the Fall/Winter slate trots along.
