The Vans Harris Tweed partnership recently demonstrated how mixed materiality and collegiate styling could fit into their current moment, but these plaid offerings step towards something even more classic. Across the Old Skool, Sk8 Hi, Authentic, and Slip-On, the California company brings earthy tonality and cross-crossed patterning for an elevated take on their tentpole silos. Each is noteworthy in their own right, but if we had to pick out a highlight, our eyes are drawn to the flooded navy and brown, draping even the midsole in this new fabric arrangement.
