Nike KD 6 “Texas” Returns On November 17th

The stars at night are big and bright indeed. Kevin Durant’s move to Houston has coincided nicely with Nike’s ongoing KD retro push, with the Easy Money Sniper’s backlog of “Texas” colorways honoring his alma mater feeling right at home in 2026. Following last year’s KD 4 “Texas” retro, another fan-favorite model returns in its Longhorn treatment on November 17th.

Originally released in 2013, the Nike KD 6 “Texas” pays tribute to Durant’s lone season in Austin with Urban Orange accents on the tongue, inner lining, outsole, and KD logos. Black takes care of the upper and midsole, while glow-in-the-dark Green Glow speckling adds another layer of detail, a nod to the state’s spaceflight history and famously awe-inducing, star-filled night skies. The 2026 version stays true to the original, bringing back the same color blocking and signature glow-in-the-dark finish.
