The “Reverse Goldenrod” Colorway Reappears By Way Of This Unreleased Nike Dunk High

Nike is not shy about their love for the “Goldenrod” colorway, as they’ve brought it back many a time in the past few years: first on the Dunk High, then the Dunk Low, and more recently on the Dunk High Rebel. And thanks to Nike SB, even a “Reverse” version hit the shelves, a pair that seems to have inspired this newly-revealed, unreleased sample.

Though near identical to its predecessor in color blocking, this iteration of the “Reverse Goldenrod” doesn’t fall under the SB umbrella. Moreover, the materials themselves are distinct, forgoing a full suede construction. Here, said fabric only outfits the overlays and Swoosh in black, while the leather base and tongue/laces opt for a bright yellow. Additionally, the Nike branding along the tongue is shaded red, distinguishing itself further from the above-mentioned releases.

Currently, it’s unclear whether or not these will hit the shelves, but we should receive confirmation soon. Until then, take a look at the colorway via the imagery below.
