While 2022 treated us to only a handful of inline propositions of the New Balance 580, the recently revitalized offering from the summer has plans for a much more extravagant new year. Kicking 2023 off with a “Beef and Broccoli” ensemble, the Boston-based brand is placing a concerted effort towards the trail running silhouette with its latest green and cream-coated composition.
Mirroring the recent New Balance 550’s vintage green ensemble, an aged aesthetic lays claim to the pair’s “Sail”-treated mesh base layer while its surrounding smooth leather overlays indulge in a crisp white outfit. Anchoring its chosen evergreen tone from the color palette across its tongue construction, heel tab and seldom midfoot panel, a concentrated wave of greyscale tones extend across the eyelets, ridged accent overlay and midfoot “N” logo – which receives a dark green trim. Embroidered along its upper tongue with 580 brandings, an eggnog-flavored sole unit provides a warm finish above the Rollbar and tread’s chosen grey conclusion.
While no release date information has been made available just yet, enjoy a first look at the upcoming New Balance 580 “White/Green/Cream” below in the meantime.
