First rumored in mid-November 2022, the Air Jordan 2 Low “UNC” PE has recently surfaced via product photography.
Resembling a Player-Exclusive pair worn by “His Airness” during the Collegiate Legends Classic alumni game on June 28th, 1987, the pair will apparently only launch in Grade School sizing. The Jumpman family may eventually offer the “White” and “University Blue”-colored Air Jordan 2 for adults. As with the previously unreleased pair, the shoe features a mostly “colorless” ensemble, allowing for any slight contrast to revel in the spotlight. Details across the mid-foot, collar, and heel enjoy Tar Heel-friendly flair as have several other Air Jordans over the years. Underfoot, the low-top sneaker keeps things simple, coupling an off white midsole with traction done in grey, “White,” and UNC blue.
Currently, the kid’s retro is expected to release on July 22nd. While you wait for an official Nike SNKRS launch, enjoy retailer photography of the pair ahead.
