Sneaker News The Jumpman has seemingly developed quite the obsession with the Air Jordan 8 “Aqua.” But rather than Retro the classic offering, the brand has opted to celebrate it via silhouettes the likes of the Air Jordan 6.
First rumored back in February and revealed only a few months thereafter, the Air Jordan 6 “Aqua” subtly veers away from the colorway of its inspiration. The sole, for starters, is devoid of the same multi-color pattern, preferring a more straightforward use for the tones signature to the above-mentioned Air Jordan 8. Above, the pair is similarly distinct: save for the purple-colored trim along the heel pull and the matching Jumpman embroidery, the nubuck upper is dressed entirely in a dark black.
Enjoy another look at the Air Jordan 6 “Aqua” via the official retailer imagery ahead. According to previous reports, these are expected to release on Oct. 7th via Nike SNKRS as well as select retailers.
