The Nike Air Max Pulse hasn’t been around for very long, yet the Beaverton brand has imposed a fair amount of both attention and detail into the newest member of the Max Air family. Recently, the 180-degree cushioned silhouette prepared a sleek “Black/Varsity Red” ensemble for the approach of fall.
Mirroring the pitch-dark allure of Zack Bia’s own collaborative effort with the model, the latest Nike Air Max Pulse achieves the same uniform color blocking that has renovated the model over the past few months. Here, the ballistic mesh upper, hard-knit mudguard and TPU heel counter assume a tonal greyscale composition, effortlessly fusing shades of jet-black with dark grey tones. While crisp white and metallic silver profile swooshes animate the mid-foot amidst a sea of colorless tones, the sole unit underfoot finishes up in a wine-red anchored treatment.
The Nike Air Max Pulse “Black/University Red” is currently available at Finishline. While we await further release details, check out official images of the pair below.
In other news from the Beaverton brand, the Corporate x Jordan Air Ship is expected to release on September 15th.
