Ahead of NYC’s West Indian Day Parade Carnival in September, Nike is returning its honorary 2003 Air Force 1 collection inspired by the West Indies celebration. Having been brought back most recently for the 2022 parade, the Beaverton brand has plans for another honorary homage this week filled with vibrant yellow hues.
Matching its green-cured counterpart in almost every single way, the low-top silhouette assumes a near “Triple White” base layer, interrupted by the titular green, red and yellow “WEST INDIES” logo. In place of “Classic Green”, a striking goldenrod shade envelops the tongue tab, dubraes, forefoot swooshes and tread before finishing up within the mesh sock liner.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low “West Indies” is scheduled to release on August 25th for a retail price of $140. In the meantime, the pair can be seen in detailed imagery below alongside our accompanying store list.
