The Black Cat Eyes On The Air Jordan 1 Low “Halloween” Light Up Green

If you’re arguing against the notion that Nike and Jordan Brand have lost their creative spark, look no further than the upcoming Air Jordan 1 Low “Halloween.” The shoes take the central theme behind “Black Cat” Jordan footwear and embellish it in every way possible, comprising a true neck-breaking design rich in eccentric, playful details.

Black Cat Jordan 1 Halloween

We got our first look at the shoe a couple days ago, but a newly surfaced video posted by @masterchefian unveils an additional feature. The cat eyes on the tongue and outsole don’t just glow in the dark, they’re fully electrified as seen below.

As if that’s not enough uniqueness, the rest of the shoe incorporates several other standout features. Shaggy laces and suede panels take after cat fur, the toe box features textured fabric and comes overlaid by fang detailing, and a marbled blue and pink mix appears towards the rear. It’s far and away the most radical Air Jordan shoe we’ve seen in recent memory and a masterclass in storytelling and unapolagetic design.

Jordan Brand hasn’t mentioned a release date or retail price at the time of this writing, but all indications suggest the shoes will arrive around Halloween and command a premium MSRP. In any case, know that this page as well as our Jordan Release Dates hub will be kept current with all the most accurate information.

Sticking with the theme at hand, the Black Cat Jordan 3 is expected to return in 2025.
