Supreme x Nike SB ’94 – November 2010

Supreme x Nike SB ’94 – November 2010

Supreme Nike Sb 94 Summary New

In an era marked by sneaker campouts, skyrocketing resale values, and the ‘I-have-it-and-you-don’t’ competitive nature, Supreme’s partnership with Nike SB has been on of the standout spectacle of the sneaker game, setting the bar for other landmarks looking to stamp their feet in the sneaker sub-culture with collaborations of their own. Not much can stand up to Supreme x Nike SB; it was one of the original sneaker-skate collaborations of the entire Nike SB catalog and anything that resulted in that alchemic partnership was deemed a ‘must-have’, made evident by the fact that anything Nike was gone from Supreme stores within days (or hours, or minutes).

For the next Supreme x Nike SB collaboration, the tradition of using a classic silhouette was dismissed and a new design was begotten – a high-top sneaker reminscent of a mid-80’s Nike Basketball shoe fashioned with a rugged heel-cup and a low-pro toebox with Supreme NYC branding on the heel and additional markings on the bottom sole. Arriving in four tonal colorways – black, royal blue, red, and green – the Supreme x Nike SB ’94 is a tribute to Supreme’s original days in 1994 when it blossomed into an influential figure in the Lower Manhattan skate-scene. The Supreme x Nike SB ’94 is set to release in November 2010 so continue reading for another preview and stick with Sneaker News for more updates regarding this release. via EFC.
