Sneakerheads had January to catch our breaths after an utterly immense spread of heat during the holiday season, but Nike has cranked it back up already to the point where it’s almost starting to feel like Christmas in February. From the Black History Month 2012 models to those commemorating this year’s NBA All-Star Game and a bunch of key drops in between, February has brought us a ton of pleasant surprises including the Nike Air Foamposite One ‘Galaxy’ releasing along with the rest of the ASG buffet. Once thought to be a concept sample never to see the light of retail, this first-ever application of a graphical print to the original Foamposite silhouette keeps in line with the NASA-inspired theme, and might just be the single most impressive design we’ve seen for NBA All-Star 2012. Once reported as a Saturday drop, NikeStore now expects to have these on Thursday, February 23rd, and you can see some crisp new images of the supernova-emblazoned ‘Galaxy’ Foamposite Ones after the jump.
