Lance Armstrong dabbling in triathlon isn’t exactly the same kind of media platform as winning a record seven consecutive Tour de Frances, so the LIVESTRONG collaboration with Nike benefitting his namesake foundation has been quieter in recent years than its mid/late-’00s peak. The impact of that capsule is still felt every time we see a new black and yellow Swoosh release and naturally associate it with Lance even more strongly than Wiz Khalifa or any of his fellow Pittsburghers.
