What happens when you take a soccer-inspired cult favorite skate design and cross it with a modern tech-heavy design that could be seen as one of its offspring? A little bit of the latter along with its sole, plus a whole lot of the former as in the case of the Nike SB FC x FP, a heavily abbreviated name that denotes some cross-pollination in the Swoosh skateboarding non-signature sector. This first black and Metallic Gold colorway has been dubbed ‘Takashi’ by longtime SB fans who remember the same palette on a memorable 2003 Dunk Low Pro SB collaboration, and is available now from retailers like CNCPTS.
