The baseball diamond is a sports platform that you won’t usually find sneaker heat (we’ll leave that to the NBA), but occasionally, we’ll get an unexpected surprise. In this case, we take a look at Kansas City Royals Pitcher Jeremy Guthrie’s custom Nike Foamposite cleats; the starting pitcher has been known to have some heat in his collection (as well as an incredible sneaker vault), and he’s delivered some of his personal stash to the mound – you may remember his custom Max Orange Air Jordan 1. If we were to guess when Guthrie would break out these gems, it would be during his upcoming start against the Orioles at Baltimore, a city that has often been credited for kickstarting the Foamposite craze.
