Asics Goes “50/50” With New Summer Releases

Fans of Asics have flocked to the brand’s retro running line due in part to the heavy dose of collaborations throughout the past half decade. Perhaps the Japanese company felt that they had a certain over-reliance upon respected boutiques to curb interest in their product which might explain how the general release slate has been absolutely killing it lately. The Asics Gel Lyte III returns in a new 50/50 look, where the upper is drenched in a black synthetic leather and mesh while the forefoot of the shoe utilizes a premium violet shade to add a splash of color. The aesthetic is reminiscent of the “Diamond” Asics Gel Lyte V from a few weeks back. Check out more of the latest Asics GR colorway below and let us know in the comments if you’re a fan of the look.
