Nike Air Max models new and classic combine for this intriguing hybrid sneaker that we get a first look at today, the Air VaporMax Plus. The Air Max Plus from 1998 and the modern day VaporMax morph into one shoe, with a neoprene base covered with TPU overlays that mimic the look of the iconic Air Max Plus. The Plus is further referenced with the added midsole that sits atop the full-length VaporMax Air units, while a “Vm” logo in the style of the original Tuned Air logo from the ’98 runner is added to the heel.
Rumored to be releasing in 2018, don’t be surprised if these surface somewhere around Air max Day in March, but stay tuned for further information on the new hybrid VaporMax.
