Experimental in every sense, Nike’s Blazer Mid ’77 has recently been toying around with several forms of furnishings including all-over print for its upcoming collab with CDG and Naomi Osaka, scrappy Regrind materials, and oversized reverse Sportswear logos. Carrying on with its playful personality, the lifestyle member is receiving yet another interesting style update.
Uppers, while completely hued in “Velvet Brown”, possess interesting details both in material and pattern. It’s all-over graphics are somewhat clear to see from a bird’s eye view, but when up close, you’ll notice that its tile-like shapes are actually formed with repetitive etched Nike logos. The leather overlays differentiate between smooth textures down the throat and forefoot, while the Swooshes and heel are constructed with a tumbled feel. In addition, you’ll find tiny gilded hits atop the first set of lace loops, as well as on the tongues which spell out the first six digits of its style code. A gallery of images are available below, and you can expect these to hit Nike.com and select retailers in the coming weeks for $100.
For other news, official images of the Air Jordan 3 Denim with Japanese text have emerged.
