The adidas Harden Vol. 5 is the fifth installment in James Harden's signature sneaker line with adidas.
First teased in October 2020, the silhouette is scheduled to debut at retail on January 4th, 2021 in a “Crystal White/Cloud White/Royal Blue” colorway. Designed by Jalal Enayah, Senior Footwear Designer, whom also led efforts for Russell Westbrook's signature sneakers up to the Jordan Why Not? Zer0.2 SE, the model introduces Futurenatural, the latest footwear innovation from the Three Stripes. Developed with the purpose of enabling free movement on the court, Futurenatural is a one-piece mold that delivers an anatomically accurate representation of the average athlete's foot. It's forged onto the mixed-materials upper seamlessly via immense pressure and heat to provide superior lockdown. BOOST and LIGHTSTRIKE cushioning offer tried-and-proven comfort, energy-return and responsiveness, while a data-driven traction pattern underfoot delivers strong grip perfect for quicker cutting on the court.
Pricing for the adidas Harden Vol. 5 comes in at $130 USD. As with the adidas Harden Vol. 4, special collaborations with Daniel Patrick may arise throughout the latest sneaker's lifecycle.
