The last Missouri we showed you from Lacoste was a classy affair: Shoes-Up chose a woolen black upper in reference to another icon of French style.  This time, the Missouri is back in black, plus a little extra.  A midtop instead of low cut, mita sneakers’ take on the classic tennis shoe livens up the black suede upper with purple laces, eyelets and other accents.

The lizard print wrapping around the heel from side panel to side panel reminds us that the Gator is one of the most enduring insignias the fashion world has ever known.  You’ll probably see a hundred polo shirts adorned with the little green guy before these drop, and SneakerNews will have release info as soon as it’s available.
