The Air Jordan XII released in ’96-’97, so combining it with the Air Max 97 made perfect sense. Somewhat ironic, because the Air Jordan XII was the first Air Jordan shoe to feature Zoom Air, the friendly rival of Air Max, but this combination seems to work well. This was the first colorway of the Jordan CMFT Max 12 to have been revealed, a not so subtle ‘hello’ due to the croc-print mudguard, metallic silver midsole, and black upper. The Silver/Red colorway – the OG colorway of the Air Max 97 – will be the first release as those will drop this Saturday, but the Black/Metallic Silver will arrive just one week after. Take another look after the jump and let us know what other Air Jordan XII colorways you’d like to see on the CMFT Max 12. via mita.
