Reebok Court Victory Pump – Purple Haze

As we’ve mentioned before, the sneaker trends are headed toward very simple color combinations and even just plain solid colored uppers and sometimes just one color used on the entire sneaker. We’ve seen several in the past month and more are on the way. Reebok has definitely had a taste of the solid colored uppers with the Freestyle in the 80s and 90s and most recently with the Alife x Reebok Court Victory Ball Outs. This coming Autumn, Reebok will release this nearly monotone Court Victory Pump which has an interesting color called purple haze, perhaps inspired by Jimi Hendrix’s song or maybe a certain kind of plant. The upper is suede in the purple haze color, yellow accents the sneaker and white rounds out the colors. Look for this Court Victory Pump this coming Autumn 2008.
