The Air Foamposite One is arguable one of Nike Basketball’s most successful designs of all time. When it was first released in the 90s, it was one of the most radical shoe designs of all time. With an ultra lightweight design, futuristic styling, and some very interesting materials, instantly developed quite the following. With a great colorway, and a clear sole, these are some of the hottest Retros from Nike in a while. There’s definitely a pretty hardcore Foamposite following out there, and the general consensus seems to be that Nike got these right on. While they are officially scheduled for early February 2009 release, for those of you who can’t wait for the ‘eggplant’ Air Foamposite One, it looks they’ve already started to hit eBay.
