Reebok ERS 5000 – Inspired by Andy Warhol’s “Gold Marilyn”

The last ERS 5000 we saw was a partyin’ fool: a Mardi Gras-inspired do-up released on New Year’s Day 2009.  Keeping with the hedonistic vibe, the latest edition is a take on one of the most notorious party girls ever: Marilyn Monroe.  To be more precise, the faux-croc, leather and nylon runner is a take off on Andy Warhol’s 1962 piece “Gold Marilyn”.  Appearing in the same gold, pink and teal hues found on the aforementioned silkscreening, this Reebok ERS 5000 is limited to 200 pairs worldwide.  Act fast and you can cop yours from RZOstore.  Via SneakerFreaker
