The Nike Air Zoom Talache is something of a misfit in the Swoosh catalog. It’s not exactly a performance athletic sneaker despite its comfy Zoom Air cushioning, but then again, it’s not as smooth and laid back as most lifestyle sneakers. However you want to classify it, the Air Zoom Talache 1 Mid from Nike’s ‘Royale Collection’ pictured above is among the nicest we’ve seen. This pair features an all black tumbled leather upper, accented by six dots on the rear quarter. It has a slightly different sole than most Talaches, wit this one using vulcanized rubber and eschewing the typical heel ‘zoom’ script in favor of a Swoosh. There’s no word yet on the Royale Collection’s release dates, but you can cop a sample in US men’s size 9 today from OSneaker.
