When Jay-Z’s The Blueprint 3 Tour hit Cleveland, Ohio, some of Cleveland’s most notable residents showed up to the concert including the Cavaliers biggest offseason acquisition, both literally and figuretively, Shaquille O’Neal, as well as the King, Lebron James.
