Nike released a PS3-inspired Trainer 1 Mid with Sony’s smash console’s buttons all over the rear sections. It’s an adventurous look at best, and you can see why we say that when you take a look at this slight variation on the colourway. With these Trainer 1 Mids, somebody got really excited to combine PSX colours with another favourite from your childhood: lenticular motion cards. It turns out there’s a reason big screen TVs are totally flat now (and why a good portion of you won’t even remember the ones textured just like this shoe). History is all about learning from past mistakes, but we bet there’s someone out there who would consider these a grail. via SC
