Surprises are always nice, even when it’s just a new colourway. We knew that James Bond’s collab with David Beckham on the adidas Originals ObyO campaign was growing by two styles, but here are a few things you might not have expected. First, the name of this shoe is the adidas Originals DB Gazelle Vintage Mid. Becks does have other-worldly ball control, so perhaps he grew up on an alternate earth where the Gazelle looks like a midtop deck shoe. As we remember it, the Gazelle is the indoor soccer shoe, probably ever. Naming aside, we’re also glad to learn of the cobalt blue joints pictured above. That means with the whites on display, a red pair should be releasing shortly. But let’s stick to what’s timely: Caliroots has the blue and white DB Gazelle Vintage Mids in stock today.
