Gourmet has recently undergone a full-body cleansing by putting out a collection of in-house designed footwear. Gourmet is probably more immediately connected to their use of Air Jordan silhouettes for their designs, but their first test-run in the skate realm has resulted in the Gourmet Quattro Skate Shoe. It features a leather upper with a skate-specific midsole. A black on white midsole pair will be available along side a white leather and blue leather pair, each sitting atop a translucent sole.
