Catalog shots of Carmelo Anthony’s next Jordan Brand signature sneaker surfaced back in March alongside the rest of the JB Holiday 2010 preview. Now that Melo’s season is over, it’s time to focus on next year, and that includes the Air Jordan Melo M7. A combination of full grain leathers and synthetic materials, the Melo M7’s one-piece upper conceals an internal lockdown system, according to SLAM. As for cushioning, expect Zoom Air in the Phylon forefoot with a large volume Max Air unit in the heel. The pair pictured above has a shiny patent leather with a pearlescent finish and looks to be a good choice for the Pepsi Center in Denver come next November. Stay tuned to Sneaker News for updates on these and all Air Jordan release dates. via CK
