Gourmet was infamous in their early days for offering lifestyle-oriented designs that bear more than a passing resemblance to some prominent members of the Air Jordan Legacy. Models mimicking the Air Jordan VII and AJXII took on new shapes as Jon Buscemi and company cleaned up their designs and looked to establish their own identity, but the Gourmet Uno has kept its unmistakable Huarache-style ankle cutouts. They’re filled in with premium leather on the D-Ring Unos, three pairs of which all feature black midsoles and gum rubber outsoles.
