Around a year ago, LeBron James was touring the world with his documentary and a City Pack series of locally inspired colorways of the Nike Air Max LeBron VII. While a similarly sprawling collection of collabos with artists from around the world is unlikely, there’s definitely another China Edition LeBron sneaker on the way from Nike Basketball. The Air Max LeBron VIII ‘China’ takes the same simple two-toned approach as last year’s model, but instead of gold trim on the white base, this year’s model goes for red. A Chinese stone lion replaces the traditional LeBron lion on the tongue to finish the look, and with a release date set for October 1st at Chinese retailers, you can see more shots by clicking the jump below. via LRJ23
