The Nike Zoom Kobe IV sent shockwaves through the basketball world when its low-cut design debuted in late 2008. The first premium Nike Basketball signature to appear on NIKEiD right out the gate, the ZKIV design was good enough that the Zoom Kobe V stuck to its script, refining many of the advanced features. With the new Nike Zoom Kobe VI, Kobe’s shoes are more Mamba-like than ever, with the upper’s texture and outsole’s traction pattern both resembling reptile scales. The first colorway is this black, grey and Del Sol pair pictured above, a model set to drop at Foot Locker and other select retailers on Sunday, December 26th.
