Skate-brand DVS has created a commemorative capsule featuring the brand staple DVS Rico CT skate shoe in three colorways paying tribute to Harold Hunter and the Foundation created in his name. The goal of the Harold Hunter Foundation is to bring a positive inspiration to inner-city youth through skateboarding – the sport Harold Hunter was most notable for. Hunter is remembered for his involvement in the skate-scene in the Lower East Side of Manhattan but is also recognized for his role in the 1995 film Kids. The DVS Rico CT Harold Hunter Foundation Series will be available at select skate shops just in time to mark Harold Hunter Day, which falls on October 10th.
